Connecting the Splunk platform to Cisco Cloud Control and AI Canvas
Cisco Cloud Control is a unified operations platform that brings every Cisco domain into one consistent environment, letting teams manage, govern, and operate across the full IT estate from a single experience. It includes an AI Assistant for personalized recommendations and integrates with AI Canvas, a collaborative workspace where human operators and AI agents work together to resolve issues. The platform complements existing Cisco product controllers rather than replacing them, reducing complexity and enabling consistent cross-domain workflows.
AI Canvas is where agentic investigation and resolution happen. As a multiplayer, generative workspace, it provides a shared live environment in which human operators and AI agents collaborate in real time to investigate and resolve complex, cross-domain issues end-to-end. Persistent context survives escalations and handoffs, and every action is grounded in platform data, organizational policy, and real workflows.
For joint Cisco and Splunk customers, the integration delivers single sign-on, seamless cross-launch between platforms, access to Splunk data and skills within AI Canvas, and Splunk AI Assistant capabilities surfaced through the Cisco Unified AI Assistant.
Cisco Cloud Control and AI Canvas is governed by Cisco terms and are deemed Third Party Content under Section 13.2 of the Splunk General Terms (or equivalent agreement with Splunk). You are responsible for reviewing the applicable Cisco terms, Cisco disclosures, and Cisco policies for Cisco Cloud Control and AI Canvas for alignment with any of your compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) or other requirements.
